Refund and Returns Policy
At PolymWorlds, we strive to provide high-quality online courses and products to help you master the art of polymer clay sculpting. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you have a positive experience with our platform. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
1. Digital Products and Online Courses
Due to the nature of our digital products (video courses, downloadable content, workshops, etc.), all sales are final once a course or product has been accessed or downloaded. This is because digital products cannot be returned or resold once they are delivered to you.
However, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you have any issues with accessing the course or technical difficulties, we will make every effort to resolve them.
2. Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or a product has been delivered, as digital content cannot be returned. However, we offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:
- Access Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our end (e.g., login or streaming problems), we will provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Incorrect or Defective Content: If the content you purchased is materially different from what was described or contains technical errors that prevent you from viewing it, please contact us. We will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will evaluate your request. After 7 days, all sales are final.
3. Cancellations
For subscription-based courses or recurring payments, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will stop future payments but will not provide a refund for past payments already made.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Billing or Subscription Settings.
- Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

4. Course Refund Requests
If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, please get in touch with us before requesting a refund. We believe in providing personalized support and will do our best to help resolve any issues. Refunds will be considered under these conditions:
- If the course was purchased but not yet accessed (i.e., you haven’t started watching any videos or downloading content), we may offer a full refund.
- Partial Refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis if you have accessed a portion of the course and can demonstrate that the course does not meet the expectations set by the description.
To request a refund:
- Email us with your order number, course title, and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
- We will respond to your refund request within 5 business days.
5. Live Workshops and Events
For live workshops and events, all sales are final. If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording may be made available for you to watch at your convenience, but we do not provide refunds for missed events.
In case of technical difficulties on our end (e.g., live session fails to stream), we will either offer a full refund or an alternative session at your convenience.
6. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Refunds are not available for purchases made using promotional discounts, special offers, or bundles. If you purchase a course during a limited-time sale or use a coupon code, the sale is final and no refund will be provided.
7. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund under our policy, we will process your refund request as quickly as possible. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
8. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
9. Exceptions
In certain exceptional cases, such as fraud, unauthorized charges, or technical errors that prevent delivery of content, we may review and issue a refund outside of the stated terms. All such decisions will be at the sole discretion of PolymWorlds.
